Depending on the day, venue and event this can range from 2
minutes to 20 minutes.
A New Years Eve display is usual about 2-3 minutes. A Canada Day
display will be 12-20 minutes.
A wedding display should be between 3-5 minutes maximum.
We will recommend a good duration for the display and work with
you to ensure you are getting the fireworks display you want.
New changes to the guidelines set by the Explosives Regulatory
Division have made a professional display more flexible. To have a
respectable display, we suggest a minimum separation distance of 75m
to the spectators and 95m for fallout. This should include a good
line of site to see the fireworks.
Other options include a low level display using products that
obtain a maximum height of 30m. For this type of display we suggest
a separation distance of 25m to the spectators and the same for
fallout.
Probably the number one question we get asked the most. The
answer is not a simple number. There are so many factors that will
determine the cost of display. How long do you want the show to
last? For what type of function are you inquiring about? When is the
date?
These questions will help us determine a cost that will ensure
you are receiving a quality display.
We will advise you that a 15 minute display on Canada Day for
10,000 people should cost more than a five minute display for a
private party for 75 people.
We can produce a beautiful professional display, for prices
starting at $1500. + GST (or HST after July 01, 2010)
Absolutely. We have $5 million liability insurance with zero

Yes a permit is required by the local Fire Department, but this
is our job to obtain it. Firemaster Productions will send a licensed
supervisor to visit the proposed site and get the required detailed
measurements. In addition the supervisor will meet with your to
discuss your vision of the display.
We will give you a copy of the permit on the night of the
display.
